The combination of sweetness and heat is fantastic and will be a wonderful flavor enhancer for summer barbecues and festivities. Excellent for grilled meat and chicken. Also for grilled vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini and peppers. Of course good with a fresh salad with burrata, and for the daring: to drizzle over a smooth and creamy vanilla ice cream. Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar from Modena 90%* (cooked grape must*, red wine vinegar*), cooked grape must 7.5%, red wine vinegar 2%, chili powder 0.3%*, natural peperoncino flavour 0.2%. *Organic ingredient
